FAQs

Where are you, and when are you open?

26 Pagoda Street, a short walk from Chinatown MRT Exit A and an easy walk from the offices around Tanjong Pagar, Telok Ayer and Cross Street. Open Monday to Sunday, 10am–8pm.

Which languages do you speak?

Our team speaks English and Mandarin.

Is G&G Aesthetic Clinic part of G&G TCM?

Yes. G&G Aesthetic Clinic and G&G TCM are both part of the G&G Medical Group.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Every new patient starts with a skin analysis and doctor's consultation, so your plan is safe and suited to you.

Who performs my treatment?

Your doctor assesses you and plans every treatment. Lasers, RF microneedling, ultrasound lifting and all injectables are performed by our doctors. Medical hydrating facials, the Soothe & Glow Facial and LED are carried out by our trained clinic team, following your doctor's plan.

How much do treatments cost?

Our Price Guide shows starting prices for single treatments. Your doctor confirms your plan and final price at consultation, with a written quote before any treatment begins.

Do you offer programmes or packages?

Yes. Each programme is tailored to you, so we share it after your consultation. Please enquire.

Will I have downtime?

It depends on the treatment and your skin. Many treatments have little or no downtime, while others may cause redness for a few days. Your doctor will explain what to expect before you begin.

How many sessions will I need?

Most treatments work best as a planned course. Your doctor will recommend a number of sessions based on your skin and goals, and review your progress along the way.

When will I see results?

Some treatments show changes within days. Collagen-building treatments develop gradually over weeks to months. Results vary from person to person.

Are your treatments suitable for my skin type?

We welcome patients of every skin type. Your doctor tailors each treatment and its settings to your skin, including skin that is darker or more prone to pigmentation.

Can I combine treatments?

Often, yes. Some treatments work well together when planned in the right sequence. Your doctor will advise what's suitable.

Is there anything I should avoid before my visit?

Try to avoid strong sun and stop retinoid or exfoliating products a few days before treatment, unless your doctor advises otherwise. We'll send specific guidance when you book.

How should I prepare for my treatment?

Your doctor may suggest our Hydradermal Facial, a 30-minute medical hydrating facial that cleanses and hydrates the skin so it is ready for treatment. Your plan tells you when to book it.

How does Chinese medicine fit in?

It shapes how we look at you: as a whole person, not just a skin concern. Alongside your aesthetic plan, we may offer guidance on sleep, stress, diet and lifestyle to support your results. For Chinese medicine care, we can refer you to our sister clinic, G&G TCM.
