Does it hurt?

Numbing cream is applied first. You'll feel small pricks.

Is there downtime?

Small bumps settle within one to two days. Pinpoint bruises may take up to a week to fade.

How many sessions will I need?

Your doctor will recommend the number of sessions after seeing your skin.

Your pre- and post-care.

Before: if your doctor agrees, avoid alcohol, fish oil and other blood-thinning supplements for 24 to 48 hours. After: no make-up for 12 to 24 hours, and avoid saunas, facials and face massage for 48 hours.
